Applications Processing Center
The Applications Processing Center determines eligibility and manages admissions to the Rochester Housing Authority (RHA) Public Housing programs. RHA is a public agency that provides subsidized housing to low-and-moderate income individuals and families. A resident's rent in the public housing program is subsidized by the federal government through funding from the Department of Housing and Urban Development. To participate in the public housing program, applicants must be income eligible and residents must adhere to program rules.
