The Application Processing Center is located at:
270 Lake Ave., Rochester, NY 14608
8:30am - 4:30pm Monday through Friday
Parking is free at both locations.
RHA is closed for the following Holidays:
New Year Day, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, President's Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving, day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
