Welcome to the Rochester Housing Authority’s Resident Services Web Page.
We are continuously researching programs, services and events for the benefit of RHA’s Public Housing residents and Section 8 tenants. From GED preparation to financial literacy, from summer camp for resident youth to job readiness, and homeownership counseling and preparation, our goal is to provide a full range of services that decreases the dependency on government-assisted programs and improve the quality of life through self-sufficiency and economic independence.
